Any order is worth acceptance of the prices and description of the products available to the sale. In the absence of availability of the product, KOBEY is committed informing the user as fast as possible of it.

DELIVERY

The user profits for the majority from the articles from a guarantee allowing him to return the defective delivered articles or which would not get any satisfaction.
KOBEY is committed carrying out the deliveries of the articles ordered as soon as possible.

The user must pay his purchases by chéque in a 7 days maximum by chéque following his order.

Price list

The prices are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax.
They hold account of the VAT applicable to the day of the order. Any change of the applicable rate could be reflected on the prices of the products. After this date, they are likely to be modified constantly.

GUARANTEES

All the articles can be the object of exchange or a refunding except for those being marked contrary.
The exchange must intervene within 15 day as from the date of reception or withdrawal. If the new order is of a rising superior, the user will have to join at the request of exchange the payment of the remainder. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is lower than the initial amount, the user will receive as of reception of the request a letter-cheque in refunding of the difference.
The full repayment can also be required within 15 day.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCE

The present conditions are subjected to the French law. The attribution of competence in the event of litigation, and in the absence of friendly agreement between the parts, is given to the courts of competent jurisdiction of Novels, and, in the event of incompetence, with the jurisdictions of Valence, notwithstanding plurality of defendants and/or call in guarantee, even for the emergency procedures or the procedures academies in summary procedure or by request.
